How many apps do you have? I don't have too many but I decided to write about 3 of my

favorites. Dragon, Martha Stewart and Draw Glow.

Maybe one day I'll create an app for Comfy Cozy:) Gotta be something cool I could come

up with for my Glow-in-the-Dark Pillowcase designs!!

Too many people...

Too many people...

Life is full of things that drive us a little bonkers. Mostly they revolve around

what other people do. While I try to avoid negativity in my life, sometimes, well,

"too many people" infringe on my otherwise positive outlook on life.

As the small business owner of Comfy Cozy,inc. and a mom of 2 teenagish boys, I have

enough to keep me busy without worrying about the rest of the world, but the opportunity

to write this post couldn't be passed up!!

list making, some tips, some reality checks and the truth

about MY lists!

Most of my lists focus on what I need to do for my business,

Comfy Cozy Glow in the Dark Pillowcases. It can be daunting

sometimes and to be honest, down right hard to stick to a work list

when your office is in your home.

The temptation to do "home" related things takes over and the next thing

I know, I'm doing laundry and NOT working on my web site!

The Playground Zone

The Playground Zone is my latest post on off-the-deep-end.net.

It tells a little bit about my time as a recess aide at an Elementary School.

I decided to take a 2 hour break every day from running Comfy Cozy - it's good

to get out of my home office and breathe some fresh air, even if it includes watching 300

kids running around LOL

Lots of things can happen in the span of 20 minutes when your kids are playing,

you might want to ask them about it!

Now back to designing some new Glow in the Dark pillowcases!!

Picking a Breed

A good article to read if you want a dog. You really

should take so many things into consideration besides

"what a cute puppy". We spent lots of time deciding to buy

our Beagle. At first we were sold just on the size/cute factor

and that a Beagle had just won the Westminster Dog Show that

year:) But then we had to get down to the serious aspects of

what kind of dog a Beagle really was and if it met our needs, abilities

and expectations. And the other part was to buy from a Breeder

or take our chances with a rescue dog. That decision is a whole

other conversation. In the end, we went with a Breeder because

we didn't want to find out a year later that the dog was going to

be bigger, smaller, sicker, bad tempered etc and we have to boys.

Make your own decision, but decide wisely:)

Summer in Arizona

Oh my gosh, I didn't realize that it has been so long since I have posted. It looks like I was the last one to post anyway. :(
It is summer and it is HOT here in Arizona. We have already had our first 118 degree day, we have had 2 giant habubs. We haven't had much rain though. Wish we would get more here in the valley.
Business has been slow. Either because of the summer or the economy. Don't get me started on that....
School will be back in session soon and I have picked up some work with back to school items like back packs and lunch bags. There are sure some cute ones out there.
I have a new line of tote bags coming out soon. I find more and more people trying to be "green" (I prefer "Blue" since we ARE the blue planet" ;)  I use tote bags for the grocery store or a quick run into Costco or Sams. I always have them in the car. Will have them on Etsy and Craigs list soon.
As always I am so Thankful to know the awesome women of SuperWAHMz.com.

Well, I finally got around to posting on my Etsy page.
Business is slow but finding time when you are a home/mom based business is hard to do sometimes.
There always seems to be something to do and no time to do it.
At this time I don't have embroidered items on Etsy.
Instead I chose to post some of the NEW stock I have left over from custom embroidery jobs
that I did and over ordered.
These blanks are perfect for embellishment.
They will make great gifts for birthdays or Christmas.
Since it is Thursday and I usually post on Thankful Thursday let me say now that I am
so thankful to have known the women of SuperWAHMz for so many year. You are awesome.
I am Blessed for sure to have you in my life.
